The E-50 System restores small aluminum cylinders to a near factory finish. The gentle blast cleaning combined with a surface reconditioning system creates a surface that is clean and ready for re-coating.

FEATURES:
• The E-50 is designed to remove old paint and conditioning the sidewalls of aluminum cylinders ranging in diameter from 3.21” to 6” by 9” to 36” in length
• Offers a throughput of approximately 180 “E” type cylinders per 8-hour shift
• Roller system propels cylinder from gravity fed load table through 2-stage reconditioning process to ejection holding tray automatically

 

2-STAGE INLINE REFURBISHING PROCESS
• Cylinders are first blasted in a single blast wheel chamber to remove clear coat and shoulder paint
• Cylinder is then conveyed through the surface reconditioning section where the sidewall is conditioned to restore a brushed metal finish
• Operator panel includes 3 modes of operation - blast & polish, blast only, & polish only
