The GC440 Welding Gas Cylinder Blaster removes rust, enamel paint and other surface contaminants from gas cylinders up to 12” in diameter

FEATURES:

• This machine will clean approximately 400 gas cylinders per 8 hour day
• Rugged and durable construction, with a complete 1/2” thick cast chrome/moly lining protects the blast cabinet from wear
• Entrance / exist gravity fed magazine load/unload conveyor tables to handle 10 cylinders
prior to start or set down are available

• Cleans to a SSPC-SP6 surface finish on a continuous flow basis
• A pneumatic arm and kicker device handles the separation of cylinders onto the optional exist magazine
• The skew roller conveyor system handles the cylinder through the blast chamber.
